2010年10月5日 · Caribe_Pick_up. Look at this site DPF-R "THE" DPF DELETE. As per the feedbacks seems that their programmers DPF-R and DPF-R+ work fine with the 6.4 PSD SixGun. According to Gear Box Z Inc., the DPF-R+ also works with the SixGun because the dpf delete (DPF-R) can be installed as a stand alone or in a pack with their Eco Tune (DPF-R+).

If it is not a big deal then a DPF delete + exhaust would be about $1200-1400, very very slight daily mpg increase but no regens and no DEF anymore + cooler EGT's and you'll be able to hear the turbo again.

I never found the 5th sensor you are talking about but never really looked either. There are 3 sensors with probe. The 4th one is a pressure sensor with no probe. 2008 F250 4x4 KR CC Job 1.

Spray ALL the bolts with PD Blaster to loosen the bolts, also spray the join where it attached to the rear pipe that connects to the muffler. Spray the clamp as well.

2012年4月1日 · From my experience the trucks always regens with in 50 miles after a firmware update. Most likely the dealer will put the dpf and cat back on and imho you should let them. Then you can redo the delete and keep the parts you remove. You do not really know at what point they will start doing emissions testing on diesels.
