I'd even say it works the legs like what a regular squat is suppose to do, but the form of the FFVII squat looks like it can cause long term knee injuries.

2024年4月2日 · Zack's ATB is sadly a little slow, you'll often build to lvl 3 or even full charge it beforehand. But it's worth the payoff, as High Braver is decently strong and has a high chance of flinching enemies. For Kujuta it let me flinch it out of its elemental charge-ups, delaying Tri-Disaster so much it wasn't even able to use it during my fight.

But avalanche are already grouped up when he gets there in his reality. This is not explained, but since there are no rules in parallel realities, you should not think about it.

This was supposed to be Cloud in original timeline. so the question is, the moment Zack enters Midgar, the plate at sector 7 has fallen.

2024年2月29日 · Zack's fight against the Shinra soldiers didn't happen years before FF7. It was about 3 months before FF7. According to the timeline, Zack died in September of 0007; the reactor 1 bombing mission was in December of the same year. Ok thanks for the correction, but it doesn't answer question.
