Oct 12, 2020 · All of them have proven to be within a couple of points of my lab tests, each other, and also my Freestyle Libre most of the time. The times when my Libre has varied more than a few points, it has only been a 5 to 10 point difference, after the initial "warm-up", which sometimes takes longer, and sometimes not.

They probably publish some of it. for me, the Libre correlates well with my A1c, so I’m confident it’s pretty accurate. I do not use insulin, however (although the FDA did approve the Libre for insulin dosing)
