This just happened to me -- exactly the same way -- and that was the diagnosis. I suddenly, out of nowhere had a pain on the front of my neck (slightly to the side).

2006年3月10日 · Help! How to get rid of throat cramps: Fill a 16 oz/500ml water bottle with room temperature water. Tilt your head up as far as you comfortably can. Drink the water in good sized swallows (not too small, not too big, just normal sized swallows) without stopping until you feel the "cramp" subside. It should take about 5 to 7 swallows.

However, sometimes, it's on the other side, a little lower, a little higher, or shoots up into my jaw along the length of the muscle. It feels like a muscle ache. 2011年12月16日 · An Xray also determined the upper part of my spine in the neck area was tilted in the wrong direction and is probably the cause of an inflammed muscle that runs down the side of the face, neck and shoulders. At this point, my pain is gone. I still have some popping when I turn my head but no pain with that.

2007年12月22日 · I had a endoscopy/colonoscopy yesterday, about 4 hours after the procedure, i felt like my neck was getting stiff, since then it has only gotten worse, This morning is hurts pretty bad in the back of my neck from shoulders to up into the base of my skull, all in the center like where the spine is.
