2007年7月22日 · I know this is alittle late but I recently took our 2006 Highlander Hybrid to Toyota and they recommended the fuel induction service and fuel injection flush for the 45,000 mile service. In addition to the $300 service it would of cost $155 for the fuel induction and $145 for the Fuel injection. A $600 dollar visit.

2018年6月29日 · Plenty of fuel burned in 70k miles and plenty of carbon buildup. So, for <$20, I'd recommend a yearly bottle of a quality fuel tank added, usually PEA based, cleaner. Send me the remainder of that dealer $200 charge. Amsoil, Redline, Royalpurple, 3m, Chevron, Lubegard, STP, Gumout, BG..... are some brands worth considering.

2022年4月24日 · The companies that I have seen recommend a fuel injection service recommended it as often as every 10k miles. The fuel injection service recommendation was made after many direct injected cars were on the road so it might not be in the manual. Bottom line is that in my opinion you should do some research on your particular engine.

2023年5月25日 · Years ago I used to take my cars in for Fuel Service religiously and stayed up with the every 30k fuel filter changes. Nowadays, most cars don't have easily accessible fuel filters. I dump fuel injection cleaner in the tank and spray the throttle body with cleaner quarterly.
