If you look in the service manual, or what toyota saids it will do to your engine in the 60k, 30k they just pour a bottle of cheapo' cleaner in the tank and check, check, check, and top off fluid.

2007年7月22日 · I know this is alittle late but I recently took our 2006 Highlander Hybrid to Toyota and they recommended the fuel induction service and fuel injection flush for the 45,000 mile service. In addition to the $300 service it would of cost $155 for the fuel induction and $145 for the Fuel injection. A $600 dollar visit.

2011年8月12日 · Plus if you use a bottle of Techron or Redline SI1 fuel systems cleaner in the gas and change your air filter every 25000 miles you won't need the fuel system service either. I use both. Never any dirty fuel injector problems and I clean the throttle body once at 100,000 miles. It is usually barely dirty.

At one point Hyundai had a TSB about tank additives - I forget the recommended brand - but essentially any of the "top tier" gas companies already have the magic ingredients in their gas, so the tank additives aren't needed if you're using the right kind of fuel.
