I'm relatively new to GoPro, but luckily (or likely by design) use of camera, apps, website, cloud, etc is all pretty easy. One thing I still don't quite unsderstand is why when using the App on my phone (Android), some of the videos are in the "APP" tab, while some are in the "Cloud" tab. If I log into my GoPro Plus account, all videos are there.

2022年3月23日 · I'm using the GoPRO 10 with latest software update and high-speed internet. The upload speed from GoPRO directly to the cloud is a service, we pay but can't use it because it's reticules slow speed. The upload via browser is a pain in the *** as well. Finally the only option GoPRO offers to the user is terminating the ABO.

2022年3月7日 · the batch download of my video files is just a joke. Nearly every 2nd zip file is corrupt and the download is always limited to 25 files. That´s annoying. Is there any plan to improve that service? Otherwise it makes no sense for me to stay in the GoPro cloud any longer. Hopefully there will be an improvement.
