G2 has a better display and DP connection helps. But the Q3 has Pancake lenses, which make the display look better. Having owned a G2, Pico 4, Quest 2 and Quest 3 I can safely say that G2 looks the best when in the sweet spot. But if you use your headset normally, G2's Frensel lenses just ruin the image with god rays, etc.
