You could try Princess Auto, but I wouldn't expect to find a direct replacement - just like the many Harbor Freight questions we get, PowerFist stuff is disposable. Were it a Makita or a Bosch, it would be no problem to order a belt. Hopefully your particular model is a direct copy of a name brand and their parts will fit.
