The bruising looks pretty bad, and you look like you've suffered some tattoo blowout. It happens sometimes. I have a tattoo on my inner arm that's slightly blown out. Even tattoos by the best of artists can come out with blowout, it's just one of those things. Not much can be done about blowout unfortunately.

2013年1月4日 · Inner arm typically hurts a bit more because the skin is protected by your buddy, where your outer arm is constantly being bumped and molested by things. Tl;dr all tattoos hurt. Some hurt more than others.

2014年4月8日 · The inner bicep was my most difficult healing. It’s a large and tender surface area and after sitting for about 3.5 hours of line work and shading, it was pretty torn up. I had bruising on the edges of the tattoo and it was the traditional “sunburn” sensation of a fresh tattoo but also with muscle tenderness as well.

I can easily see the tattoos on my inner forearm and top, but I can really only see the new one on my outer forearm if I look in the mirror or look at it upside down. If seeing it is important to you, I'd go inner forearm. If you want to see it easily and have others see it easily, go with the top.

2021年1月24日 · Upper outer arm is a great spot for a first tattoo. I think the majority of people can withstand the discomfort of a tattoo in that area. I was at a 10/10 level of anxiety before we started. Sat down and felt the needle, and I went to like a 2/10 anxiety. Didn’t feel at all like I thought. All that leftover adrenaline felt like heroin lol.
