I highly recommend using JJ’s House for dresses. They have a huge selection and a wide range of color choices. The ONLY thing I would like to remind people about is the Brokerage/Duty fees. When DHL delivered it last night I was slapped with a $52 charge. I knew there would be some sort of brokerage/duty but I did not expect it to be $52.

Some dresses take up to six weeks to arrive, and can vary depending on when you ordered it (Prom season, Winterfest Season, Chinese New Year, etc.) can impact the timing. Even David's charges for rush shipping, and sometimes takes 10 weeks to get a dress, this isn't Amazon Prime same-day delivery you're ordering from.

It looks like JJ's House is a Chinese knockoff site. There are several posts on here about the dangers of ordering through sites like these. They take designer dresses and use cheap material/ slave labour to give you a discount. This looks like a knockoff of a Pronovias dress.

I've read the bad reviews on JJshouse but I have picked out three different dresses for my maids and they all ended up being from there. I know they are knockoffs as I had been searching for one of the dresses for years before I even got engaged and jjshouse was the first place I found that would actually let me buy it. I have ordered many times from JJ's and had success. The primary reason is because I could not find any company that made the style of dresses I wanted in my size at ANY price point and they offered $20 custom measurements so it'd be tailored for my "trouble spots". I can't find that same option domestically.

My girls wore dresses from For her and For Him and they all turned out perfectly. I can't see how this could be a chinese knockoff site honestly. I understand they ship from china, but this is a very large e-commerce site with consistent photography, lighting and real wedding photos. Companies like JJ's house do not have sites like this.

2024年11月3日 · Macy's, Nordstrom's, Bloomingdales all have wedding type dresses with a very strict return policy, but a return policy nonetheless. Some (like Nordstroms) even have a bridal salon in-store with a personal shopper as an option as well.
