Oct 1, 2016 · The main Mahjong menu opens fine. I select "Choose Puzzle" and that menu opens fine. but as soon as I select a puzzle the game closes out (crash?). I was able to play the game for a few days and really love the game.....I would love to play it again.

I can open all of my MS games, including MS Mahjong casual games but when I try to open the MS Mahjong daily challenges I get "download error, check internet connection ". Internet is working fine. I reset tablet several times, I uninstalled then reinstalled MS Mahjong game.

Now click Check for updates, to see if any update available for Microsoft Mahjong app. Once update is installed, open the app to see if problem still persist.
