2020年8月21日 · The first time it suddenly came back to life The day of my Genius bar appt. so I didn't take it in. The laptop keyboard and Logitech keyboard works fine, but the MX mouse also only moves the cursor around like the trackpad and won't execute any commands when I tap it. So wouldn't you think this is a software issue?

It jumps about the screen, sometimes doesn't move at all and occasionally suddenly enlarges the pointer. Rebooting doesn't resolve the issue.

If i plug in my mouse then i can move the cursor around but my keyboard also doesn’t work. So i cannot type my password in. As far as i can tell the only button that registers is the power button.

A few times though, I've been able to start using the Magic Mouse and that kind of wakes up the trackpad's functionality, guess it starts feeling insecure about itself or something. Please tell me there's a fix for my possessed trackpad.
