Will MagSafe erase magnetic card stripes in a wallet case?
Oct 15, 2020 · Tap only works if the card is literally within a few mm of the machine (you basically have to tap it on the machine). If my debit card and credit cards with tap are in my pocket and I use Apple Pay there's no confusion as to what card it uses - it only uses the card that comes within a few mm of the spot on the machine you need to "tap".

Oct 29, 2020 · I use a wallet case that has a cover that folds over the screen and I can put credit cards in it. I have two credit cards and my driver’s license in the three slots. No issues using either card but they are chip cards which I don’t believe are affected by demagnetization.

I used the fine woven apple wallet but ultimately decided to return it. Really liked the taupe and the texture is very nice.
