2008年4月1日 · 4 hours of use per day is hardly a risk for burn in. There are those who have been using their OLED's for anywhere from 8-12 hours per day for YEARS without any sign of burn in still. Really at this point I think burn in is 99.9% avoidable as long as you know what you are doing, at least in the short term.

2023年1月9日 · edit: according to RTings review of the LG 48gq900: Unfortunately, the matte anti-reflective coating adds a bit of haze to the screen, reducing the clarity a bit, so it's slightly worse than the LG 42 C2 OLED. Testing the 50 to 60 degree human viewing angle for part of your testing, if possible, would be valuable.

2023年4月7日 · The colours, the HDR, and the motion clarity of the AW27 are better than my C9, but only marginally. It’s just not that big of a jump. The upgrade from my old IPS panel, to my C9 OLED panel was massive, and, at the time, incredibly exciting. Seeing this new monitor in action for the first time was actually kind of ho-hum.

2002年8月31日 · The LG OLED TV models are also an option if you disable automatic static brightness limiter from the service menu. Pretty much all of these are the same thing - same LG TV panels, varying firmware and port features. If you've been using a 43" monitor, I'd aim at the 42" OLED models instead. They are a more practical size for a desktop unit.

2023年12月10日 · Big fan of the 38" ultrawide size for gaming and desktop use. The resolution of 3840 X 1600 is just so nice. I had the AW3820 and LOVED the size and shape but the picture quality sucked and looked washed out with light bleed. I traded it for the AW3423DW OLED and holy cow the OLED is ten millions better. Jesus Christmas it's night and day better.

2022年6月27日 · And this is sad because there isn't much matte OLED monitors and otherwise image quality is really nice on this monitor. 138Hz is also nice to have for PC monitor. I really don't want to go through it and return it and go back OLED-less because image quality is fantastic when it works but it has just too many issues.
