Nov 19, 2009 · I had a Total Pelvic Exenteration about 4 months ago. That is a very complex surgery removing all pelvic organs, also includes a radical hysterectomy, vaginal reconstruction, and a colostomy and urostomy. I am doing fine other than, I had 1 UTI, my first vagina failed waiting on reconstruction.

Oct 21, 2009 · I also had vaginal cancer, but when treatment options ran out I had to have a total pelvic exenteration. Along with that I had a vaginectomy with reconstruction, but that didn't take and I am also living without a vagina (still have opening though), will have next reconstruction in November (will come from thighs this time).

I have had a few ct scans and mri's & reports come back with incidental findings. There has been a small 'subcentimeter' density on my past two liver scans that remains unchanged.
