I have heard that some of the offerings are not that well concieved and there seems to be a level of dissatisfaction with some products. I am looking for advice on seat reupholstery or replacement.

网页2018年6月7日 · You can add "1961" to this line. Your serial number is correct. According to my information, the last 90 hp Super Cub was 18-7632. I took some time to try to locate this airplane, but it doesn't seem to exist anymore. At least, I couldn't track it down. My 1960 90 hp Super Cub has all the flap stuff in it as well, as per the discussion above.

It doesn't fly very well at that weight and you need to be very gentle with it, but it will fly. Of course the airplane flies much better as the load gets lighter while you're working it. F.

网页2008年2月14日 · Piper says in the erection manual to stretch a string wing tip to wingtip an there should be 3" of dihedral. If you use Piper's wing tip to wing tip measurement of 422.5" this works out using trig to an angle of .81º per side. The Piper rigging instructions say to check each wing with a level to make sure that the two wings are set equally.

They built 90 hp Super Cubs from 1949 through 1961. The last 90 hp Super Cub was S/N 18-7632. Unfortunately, I can't find any record of that airplane still being around.
