2024年11月6日 · This requires dismantling the control panel and interior guts on the smoker. If this F#$$%ker didn't weigh 200lbs, I would be presenting it back to Lowes for a whole replacement. I'm going to go through the motions and see if the new probe helps. I can work around his for the interim by setting my cook temp by my inkbird.

In a pellet smoker, the fan circulates the smoke and heat; the vent holes or stack just exhaust the smoke, allowing fresh smoke to be circulated. A stack is important on offset smokers because it draws the smoke and heat over the meat, since they don’t have a fan.
