Apr 29, 2019. #3. I've been using the Libre sensors since Dec 2017, probably had over 40 of them. Never had any skin irritation. It does leave a red mark with a circle when I pull them off. Circle will wash off, red mark goes away fairly quickly. You could be allergic to the type of adhesive they use.
