Mar 8, 2021 · I own a Ryzen 7 3700x and I’m curious if anyone could shed some knowledge on some IDEAL CPU temps, under load and while in idle for the ryzen 7 3700x. Or even some general knowledge on temperatures that may be too high, too low...etc. My CPU temps in idle (average): 45-56 Celsius. My CPU temps under load (average): 56-71 Celsius.

May 1, 2023 · Yes it will bottleneck... in some games @lower resolutions. But generally if you play @1440p or higher it will be fine. Yes it would keep up. Get a 5600 CPU, sell your 3700x for 100-110$ and buy a 6800-6900XT instead.

The 3700x is a good cpu which would definitely last ypu for 4 years at least but if you want to game mostly, then considering the budget, an intel 10th gen cpu would be better. Even the i5 10400 has better performance most of the times in games compared to even ryzen 9 3950x.
