2015年9月16日 · What's the significance of head/neck ultrasound finding showing enlarge cervical lymph node (17x7mm) has changed from hyper to hypoechoic? Can a lipoma(?) at base of skull cause headaches and neck ache? Dr says its nothing but it really aches inc. back of head. Scalp sometimes feels sensitive/painful to touch. Could a ultrasound give any answers?
