MDS-Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS)
2019年8月13日 · The MDS-UPDRS is a revision of the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) originally developed in the 1980s. It addresses several problematic areas of the original scale identified by an MDS review task force.
Overview: This portion of the scale assesses the non-motor impact of Parkinson's disease (PD) on patients’ experiences of daily living. There are 13 questions. Part IA is administered by the rater (six questions) and focuses on complex behaviors.
