Newer versions of VKBdevCfg (e.g., v0.90.56) allow you to directly assign this function from the Profile panel. That said, please do the following: VKBdevCfg > Profile > Axes2Buttons - check the "MCG Brake" checkbox, and then go to Action > click "Set" to save. Now, button #29 will be automatically assigned when you squeeze the brake lever fully.

Buttons A1 to C3 in Mode 2 are using the same buttons of HAT + pinky in Mode 1 and 2 = 22 to 30. Default profile already use 29 buttons - so for double A1 to C3 - more 9 buttons, is need increase buttons count of profile for above 32, or remove some buttons from default profile.
