If the web page does no longer exist on the internet there is a much less likely chance that it's indexed on the machine, but there is still a possibility of it's indexing. The search only indexes a portion of the Wayback Machine, it's getting worked on every day though.

2023年2月6日 · That is what I meant when I said that the SoundCloud tracks do not show up in the Wayback Machine. At least not as far as I know. Sure, you get the web page but not the actual music track that was on it. I tried to archive one just now, outlinks and all, but while the Wayback Machine reported it as a successful save, the song was not saved.

Wayback machine so far has not explicitly declared that they "delete" anything that is reported when it comes to DMCAs or GDPR. Words like "remove" & "excluded" don't seem so promising and assuring. The mere fact that Wayback knows something has been "excluded" means that it has a memory of it being there.
