2007年6月4日 · Hi, just purchased a new 9" Angle grinder. Can some one confirm as to which way the disc should spin when in use. Should the sparks fly out to the left or to the right of the machine when grinding in the normal manner. Thanks

2018年5月30日 · Tarmac will require a different diamond disc to concrete, if you hire a grinder with disc, just let them know what you're cutting otherwise you will just melt the tarmac and end up with a gummy mess. As for keeping a straight line, run the grinder along a timber straight edge to form a line and then take your time.

2007年7月18日 · Hi Handycam. The point being made above is that real slate cut with a grinder might look TOO neat - when slates are cut the 'proper' way - hacked or nibbled - they have a kind of natural bevel along the front edge; an angle grinder will leave it dead straight.

2010年7月16日 · You can't get easily get wood blades for angle grinders for a very good reason - it is highly dangerous. The blades listed above would also be highly dangerous if used as you propose. In a confined space where foreign bodies might be encountered, where you might get sudden grab or ejection - crazy.

As soon as they show deterioration ; change the disc. 2; 5 inch 240volt this is permanently fitted with a £20 high quality grinding cup to smooth out ridges on concrete floors . Used inside and outside recently.
