If the Trigger is pulled low (1/3 Vcc) by pressing the button in the circuit then the Output goes HIGH. But after say 8 pulses, N3 & N6 will be operated. Note that relays N1 ~ N5 have 2 coils. One was the operate coil, the other the hold coil.
