Difference between lib, lib32, lib64, libx32, and libexec
TLDR; In general: If there are libraries that are required by an executable in either the /bin or /sbin directories, those libraries should be going in the /lib* directories. If there are libraries for use programs and packages they go in /usr/lib/*.

2022年3月9日 · In short: lib is for architecture independent files and lib<architecture> for architecture dependent files. lib64 is for software using the x86-64 instruction set, lib32 for software using the x86 instruction set and libx32 for software using the x86-64 instruction set but with 32-bit pointer size same as the x86 instruction set uses.

You already set it when you did this: export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/lib64. But that will not solve your problem. $LD_LIBRARY_PATH is consulted at time of execution, to provide a list of additional directories in which to search for dynamically linkable libraries.
