Set the timing and speed of a transition - Microsoft Support
Rehearsed slide timings aren't turned on by default. If you want to use the timings as you present, you can turn the timing on before you play the slide show. On the Slide Show tab, in Set Up, select the Use Timings check box.

Turn off or delete narration in a presentation - Microsoft Support
Turn off the narration. On the Slide Show tab, in the Set Up group, clear the Play Narrations check box. Alternatively, you can click Set Up Slide Show, and under Show Options select the Show without narration check box. This action has the same effect as step 1.
