2005年9月17日 · All the Chevy dealers in my area offer a service called BG Fuel Induction Service. It costs $119.00 and supposedly completely cleans the fuel system intakes, runners, injectors, etc. They reccomend the service every 30,000 miles.

2021年4月24日 · Anyone here do a fuel system clean on their Skyactiv-G? debating on getting it done soon since I'm almost hitting the 100K mark on my Gen 3. I've used Run-Rite (3 step Fuel system cleaner) on other vehicles but wanted to get other peoples opinions on the idea of using a fuel injector/system cleaner and open to any product recommendations.

Yes it is covered under the warranty, however he is recommending one other maintenance item to help with this, that is not covered under warranty. 2022年7月13日 · My service place suggested a fuel induction cleaning due to carbon build up. They want $270 for it which is even higher than the Mazda dealer. I was surprised at the cost but this place seems to be honest (I had a leak under the car and they replaced the oil drain plug and that fixed it-they could have fleeced me if they wanted to)

2023年5月22日 · For one dealership, this was not the case before the COVID-19 pandemic. Each of these three dealerships wanted to do the fuel induction service, and I'm sure all dealerships in California do so because they have been told by corporate that it's possible some engines need this done. A good old rule: find an independent garage you feel you can trust.
