2010年6月16日 · Look at pp. 34-38 in BBT on using the "superman" to practice developing lower back activation. I do one standing variation of this before getting under the bar on at least a couple warm up sets as a cue, and it has worked for me. I also do GHR & back hypers, but I still find doing the standing superman cue to be necessary.

2013年2月23日 · The reverse hyper/back extension type exercises take your back muscles from full flexion to full extension, stimulating them in a way that squats and deadlifts dont, this extra work can make the supportive muscles stronger without burning out from the heavy low rep isometric contractions used in deadlifting etc.
Are good mornings and back extensions interchangeable?

2011年12月10日 · Almost everyone has weak hamstrings. The full range of motion GHR includes a back extension. Reverse hypers can be done explosively with a stretch reflex and do more for the glutes than does the GHR. Reverse hypers are also a much easier movement to weight particularly with the Louie Simmons' models. GHRs can be tricky to load correctly.
