This is from second-hand experience from local regional friends of mine with spinal cord injury, spina bifida, and cerebral palsy. Adult diapers are a better option for incontinence management with Cerebral Palsy.

They will absorb and lock away your pee much better, and will help delay and rashes or bad smells. Also keep your hair down there trimmed or shaved, this goes a long way in preventing wetness and hygene problems.
