Jul 16, 2023. #2. Don’t put chlorine tablets (or really anything else) in your skimmer they are acidic & it’s bad for your equipment. For a quick chlorine boost use liquid chlorine. You need an adequate kit so you can test all your parameters accurately & often.

2023年7月18日 · Liquid chlorine is the better option and the tabs will raise my CYA. but after a year of trying the liquid chlorine the costs were very high ($700 Per year). So i wanted to give the tabs a shot for a year or so with knowing ill need to partially drain my pool in the winter. but after switching to the tabs my water tastes much more salty.
