I own the following electric guitars, 2008 Gibson ES-335, 1996 Epiphone Les Paul Elite Florentine (EB), 1997 Epiphone Casino and I found my self almost all the times playing the Florentine.

Fret buzz on my new Les Paul (Solved) - The Gear Page
2021年5月18日 · I’ve had my Epiphone LP for about a week now, and I can’t get rid of its fret buzz. I’ve tried adjusting the truss rod practically to its limit, and even raised the strings past where I want them to be. Still buzzing. I’m new to Gibson style stuff so would adjusting the stopbar do anything? I like my strings to be pretty low.

Epiphone Elitist Les Paul.....Really as good as a Gibson?
2009年12月21日 · I played an Elitist, stamped "USED" for 11 years. I wore the frets off that thing. I've had 4 Gibson Les Paul during this time (Standard, Traditional,Classic, Studio) plus the '13 Standard I have now. After swapping out the electronics, I preferred the Elitist over all the Gibson's, even with the same MCP 2nd degree bbs pickups in them.

2013年10月17日 · If you are embarassed about having epiphone and/or you have the cash, get a gibson, but I don't think there is much difference between an ordinary recent production gibson and these set neck epis. What there is on TGP is a huge prejudice against epis; the semi hollow 335/Casino style gtrs get some respect, but not these ones.

So hopefully they decide to do a 59 reissue the same way they have the 50s Les Paul and 59 with a different formula. My Gibsons are worth every cent, and it always depends on one's taste, but the Epi Tribute LP simply is an incredible value for the money - a real bargain.
