Your doctor's suggestion of doing an elimination diet is the only way to determine what foods your body specifically is sensitive to. Check out the fodmap diet and if it seems complex, use the money you saved from not doing a silly test on a dietitian visit.

2015年8月24日 · Virtually all food places will have very set procedures for all the testing you do, so you probably won't have to actually remember anything at all once you get the job--it'll all be in the appropriate SOP. To a certain extent, they probably won't want you to remember too much, as most places are pretty set in their ways. :P

Please know that IgG testing is not capable of identifying intolerances or sensitivities to food. IgG levels measure exposure and tolerance -so basically they will be higher for foods you have eaten more recently and more often.

2023年1月29日 · Necro this thread. I did the test two months ago. Four food intolerances. Two from childhood that still affect me into my 50s and two that started in my 30s. No hits with this test. None. I wouldn't suggest Everlywell for anyone. Go to a doctor for the prick on the back and arms and bite that bullet.
