2011年6月21日 · According to my ultraguage, before i started having any problems, my truck was solidly idling at 750 rpm at 35-42% engine load. after all the cleaning and the new parts and whatever, my ultra still reads 22% engine load always while idling, and the rpms will shift from 800-1100 depending on if i rev the engine at stop, or am cruising or whatever.

Turbo lima soon to come on my truck....And as far as a worthy 3.0 or 4.0...the only one ive ever seen is my buddies SC'ed 3.0, but its still old technology.....My 04 STi is faster but theres nothing like good ol RWD, turbo, light weight rear end posi'ed up drifting truck!!!!

2016年9月23日 · I personally can't, and won't, recommend any engine except for either iteration of the 4.0 engine. 2001+ uses the SOHC, and the 2000 earlier uses the OHV. That being said, the 3.0 vulcan is what I would go with out of the two. The 3.0 v6 may be a dog in terms of power, but it is one reliable engine and a half. My 3.0 hasn't failed me yet.
