We do not recommend to relaod the tablet software with windows as it may make tablet unstable. As stated in earlier email it can be loaded at our repair centre by an expert.

2023年1月4日 · Startup.nsh is a BIOS error, it is not Windows generated, if resetting BOS did not resolve this, your BIOS probably needs to be re-flashed and it would be best to have a PC Repair Shop to do that, or reset the tablet.
