2022年12月7日 · Grading makes me so upset bc they don’t follow instructions or write stupid stuff. I take hours to grade bc I keep taking breaks to escape the negative emotions. It’s like I can imagine they actually understand something in class until I start grading and then I think it’s all hopeless and a waste of time.

2021年5月16日 · The title says it: I just loathe grading papers. I end up putting it off and then hating it even more when I have a huge pile of papers to grade in a short amount of time. Since papers are a required component of my classes I don’t have the option of eliminating papers altogether. I teach a 3:2 and my classes have about 40-60 students each.

Let your star student TA for the grading process, calling out the test number and answer for the class, which takes all of MAYBE 5 minutes.. leaving you with 5 papers to grade, and easy ones at that.
