2019年6月7日 · Apparently the IRS2Go app and website sometimes takes up to a week to update. This includes if you filed and were accepted, but the app/website says your information does not match.

@Raykay . This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. The IRS began processing returns on 2/12, you may not find a record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund.

TurboTax sometimes displays a confusing figure that is a "total refund"; i.e., the sum of the Federal refund and any state refund. Be sure you are not using any figure that takes into account a sum of the Federal and state refund (or taxes due) ; i.e., be sure that you are not using a net refund or total refund.

2023年2月28日 · Be sure you enter the correct SSN and filing status. Be sure you are using only the Federal refund amount. Do not include any state refund or any total refund or net refund (Fed and State) that TurboTax may have provided on a screen. Also be sure you are using the Federal amount before any TurboTax fees are taken out (if you chose that option.)
