Yes, Kryptonite products do come with a Lifetime Product Warranty. Simply put this will cover any manufacturer defect through normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover operator errors such as putting the wrong keys in your lock, losing a piece of your lock, losing keys that have not been registered, etc.

Please include a picture of the ENTIRE lock so that we can ID it, the key # (stamped on the key) and the detailed issue you are experiencing with the lock.
