2020年12月5日 · To eliminate some of the possibilities, I have: Changed the HDMI cable. Reset the Anynet+ connection on my Soundbar. Turned the Quickstart option off on the TV. Ensured firmware is up to date on both TV and Soundbar. Dissasociated my Soundbar from the accompanying Samsung apps and reconnected it.

If you switch to a hdmi input then go into the settings it should be available. If not, turn off eARC and Simplink, then have a look. But remember to activate them again once you have finished.
