The TA/TB has two fuel lines leading from the tank - One Main and one Reserve. These lines terminate at a petcock mounted to the tool box inside the engine compartment which is controlled by the knob on the dash. Another easily visible difference between TA and TC is the front shocks.

Try out the shifting before wiring the locking bolts or putting the box into a car! This is most easily done by temporarily installing the remote on top of the box and making a dry-run through the gears.

Tool Box Lids (3 pieces hinged together - the center piece held by 4 screws and nuts) are easily rotated 180 degrees. Which side of the car (which lid) did the plate originally leave the Works on? The closing clasp-fixtures on the toolbox are brass and often seen polished on 'restored' cars but originally were painted black.

2014年4月6日 · I cannot believe how heavy and dead a TA is with its correct 8:1 box.....a totally dead feeling on anything but a perfectly straight road. I am comparing it to a 1926 Bullnose Morris Oxford and a 1934 Morris 10/4...both of which have delightfully light and positive steering with good castor action despite being substantially heavier cars.
