On my second PT appointment after the replacement, my ROM was at 70 and with doing my exercises 3 times a day with out fail, I am still at 70 three months later. Mar 19, 2013 · Two shedding dogs, so vacuuming every 2-3 days, swiffer, steam mop, laundry, watering her plants. Cleaning her bed/bathroom. Make the dogs breakfast. Let them out, brush them, other dog-related tasks. Day before MUA she planted a whole mess of petunias, which I still don't know how she managed with that stiff leg. She takes garbage out.

Things started coming along except for walking. Took me till 3 mos po to get off the walker, 2 weeks on crutches, until 5 mos I was walking with hiking poles.

Jan 31, 2016 · Sorry to hear you are having so much swelling and pain after your TKR and MUA, it is unusual to develop scar tissue this early. Usually the swelling and pain you have after TKR are the result of doing too much activity, exercise, poor pain control, and aggressive bending of your knee. It sounds like you experienced of of this in your rehab.

Was in hospital for 2 days for pain control and went to PT right from the hospital..It was painful but not like after the surgery. And it helped soooooo much. I could not flex in one knee beyond 57 degrees. On CPM at home. Be sure that it is adjusted properly and if not call them back.
