The electronic and deadly accurate MST-13 Timer, which can be set between 1 minute and 999 hours before detonating a time bomb, was designed and built by Swiss engineer Ulrich "Ueli" Lumpert of MEBO AG of Zurich, Switzerland in the 1980s.
