I've gotten lucky and solved them in as little as 2.5 minutes, and I've been really stuck for as long as 45 minutes. Oh my God. 11 or 12 minutes for NYT hard. I guess sometimes a puzzle favours your style a bit more than others. Sometimes, you spot a naked single or double quickly, which can either be luck or as I say, just more suitable to your solving style.
