Very annoying that it is taking so long to fix this bug - when the fix was promised on 3rd by Diane above In a last attempt to get my stationery back - I reinstalled by clicking on my original Setup file ( which overwrites the current version )

2023年10月31日 · Outlook simply is not recognizing any stationery selection. Also, though, the stationery folder only has my creations, saved as Microsoft edge HTML, and outlook item. The supposedly preloadeds do not show up in the folder. Anyhow, outlook does not bring up anything other than the plain, generic email. I am using a work around of sorts.

2023年11月1日 · From yesterday Outlook doesn't open Stationery files, both default and custom, properly. On preview it shows custom design, but when I click "OK" button, it opens blank email. I tried enabling and disabling add-ins and updating Outlook. I'm using Microsoft 365 for enterprise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2023年1月6日 · Anyone else seeing this issue: After recent Office/Outlook updates, existing signatures are not appearing in the Signatures and Stationery window, and thus users cannot edit the sigs. When drafting an email, the signatures can be selected from the drop-down, and the signature files exist at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures.
