2015年11月19日 · Did it a couple more times. Tried with USB (FAT32 , 4 GB storage abd everything named and downloaded corectly) the ps4 got it, downloaded the update, applied it and after restart - nothing. Back at the beggining, checked the HDD and it just doesnt want to update. Says update complete and when it restarts it doesnt want to boot.

2018年2月2日 · Looks like your PS4 is looking for the initialisation software. There are two options for downloading firmware from the PlayStation support website. One is a firmware update and the other is the full firmware package, both are called PS4UPDATE.PUP. You need the full firmware file which is a much larger file than the update, around 2GB I think.

2019年2月26日 · 1) Step one, it does get to 100% full system initialization. 2) Then proceeds to do a system file update which succeeds (safe mode window) 3) then it displays PS4 graphics screen and does a second system file update and succeeds. 4) then it reboots and does a system storage install which actually takes a bit of time to complete.

1. Posted: Nov 18, 2019. Options. Your computer wont recognize the file. Its not supose to. You just put in inside your PS4 folder. It should be like this. PS4->UPDATE->PS4UPDATE.PUP. Stick it to your PS4, boot it up and go to update your system and it will boot it.
