2020年7月6日 · 2 of my daughters rats, 4 months old males have been sneezing every once in a while as of late. maybe twice a day or every other day. their noses are also a bit moist, but not drenched. Their behavior has not changed, they're appetites are great and they are not showing signs of lethargy, hunching or anything else.

2011年11月30日 · Rats do not get colds the same as humans do, and usually, wheezing/squeaky breathing/etc is a sign of a problem. Most of the time, they are easily cured, especially if caught early. My ratties are affected with some awful URIs right now and they started with just sneezing.

2013年5月19日 · Other then sneezing there are no other serious symptoms and the rats get better in about a week or so. After the first day the symptoms don't get worse, that's the key. If your pet shop rat pup starts sneezing that's normal, if the sneezing develops into something else or gets worse day by day, that's not.

Try changing bedding, cleaning without harsh chemicals, avoiding any scented items in your room, etc etc. Lots of time sneezies aren't much to worry about, but are a good sign to look out for to make sure your rat is comfortable and healthy.
