If memory serves, a year or two ago, one started having trouble (maybe the same exact issue that another other is having now), and Current USA replaced the power supply under warranty, which solved the problem.

Satellite Freshwater LED Plus PRO has high par output, white/RGB LEDs, built in timer, ramp functionality and dimming capabilities. 22" would be fair game for the SAT+ model.
