Schwinn IC4/8 is AMAZING !!! Best stationary bike ever
Jan 20, 2022 · I couldn't see it in the pictures, but in reality it looks so gorgeous, definitely it has a premium feeling, at least for me, considering I made an upgrade from a $150 bike non-magnetic resistance to a $1100 one with magnetic resistance and Bluetooth etc. I'm incredibly excited and just looking at my Schwinn IC4/8 makes me want to use it.

Calibrate the watts for zwift, I have a feeling Bikerg is 15-20 percent harder than a Spin bike but I cant confirm it. 2.

Sep 28, 2021 · It works but no features or even things that make it comfortable/ usable. Schwinn is like a 5-10 year old car. Much better, features etc. the actual hardware is similar to the bike. The bike is similar to a brand new car. Drives about the same as the 5 year old car but you are getting better electronics.

Unfortunately, my 935 won't receive information from the Schwinn bike (at least not that I've figured out - looks like older FRs would do that). On my first couple of spin sessions, I've gotten just heart rate and temperature from my 935.

I've been tuning it up and getting rid of a few gremlins, one of which is a vibration from the drivetrain which I believe is down to grungy bearings in a worn BB.

Dec 18, 2019 · The 4iiii crank arm uses ANT+ and speaks to the the Echelon 2G. the data that the crank arm sends however is only about RPM and Power. It doesn't include distance or heart rate etc. The Echelon 2G also is fed from the Schwinn bike's sensors: re: gear level, and putting them all together gives distance as a parameter in the console as well.

Dec 29, 2020 · I refurbished it and put it on a $60USD classic bike trainer. I spent another $60USD on Amazon and purchased a Wahoo Speed sensor and a Wahoo Cadence sensor. I used it for Peloton and adjusted the resistance by changing the bikes gears. I found a $5 iPhone bike mount and used the Wahoo app to run everything (great app, better than my IC4 display).
