2021年9月12日 · VS Sniper main here. If you want to do balls-to-the-wall full recon, then minor cloak would do you good. Perch, get on your scope, then spot and give intel. But minor cloak messes with your aim. If you're scoped and holding your breath, minor cloak can delay your shot release significantly. You may have to move before you shoot, etc.
So what exactly does the Tactical Cloak damage bonus apply to?
2012年10月15日 · Everything besides combo explosions that occurs within the first 2-3 seconds (not sure on exact value) after the first thing that breaks cloak. So a cloak that is fully specced for melee and sniper damage will have the following bonuses. Melee +130%. Sniper +105% +80% and *25% overall. Weapons +80%.

2016年11月27日 · Would it cover the backpack? It'd probably look pretty dumb if you're reaching through the fabric to switch weapons. Maybe wear the cloak slightly offset or pinned so we could still logically swap weapons. Cloaks are basically capes for real people and we've basically been doing Marvel superhero work. nah cloak is better for sure, especially in light 1v1s because the one with cloak shoots or stuns first most of the time. But Sniper needs the mobility. Up close you play it like a shotgun. Shoot, break LOS, shoot , break Los. with enough cover I can easily 1v1 a heavy as long as i dont eat the rocket. If anyone wants to see how that looks like:
